The A-H-A rules (German abbreviation) were developed by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI)
to keep the spread of the coronavirus within limits.

A = Abstand - English distance:
To keep your distance: In public spaces you should, if possible,
Maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters from other people.

H = Hygiene:
Cough and sneeze into the crook of your arm.
In addition, it is important that you use your hands regularly for 20 to 30 seconds
wash thoroughly.

A = Alltagsmaske - English everyday mask:
Especially when things get tight and the distance to others
Individuals cannot afford mouth and nose protection.
