Hakkımda

I was born on June 30, 1981, in Bursa. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physics. I pursued my Master’s degree in Solid State Physics and completed a second Master’s degree in Physics Education. Since 1999, I have received training in six different fields from various lifelong learning institutions and private organizations, including four focused on different painting techniques. I drew my first cartoon in 1998. My works have been exhibited in events across various countries and included in several albums. Most recently, I received the Cumhuriyet Newspaper Special Award at the 4th Turhan Selçuk International Cartoon Competition. I also won first place in the Brugairolles Cartoon Festival competition in France and the Golden Olive Award (First Prize) at the Cyprus International Olive Cartoon Contest. Additionally, I have served as a jury member in six different national and international cartoon competitions. My works have been published in national and local newspapers and magazines such as Hardal Magazine, Kafa Magazine, Gemlik Life Magazine, Kios Magazine, Bubisanat, Cumhuriyet Newspaper, and others. For five years, I have been volunteering in Gemlik as part of a project where I teach mathematics and cartoon courses to children of various age groups. Additionally, I taught cartoon lessons at a private school in Bursa for about two years. I have been a member of the Anatolian Cartoonists Association since 2013. From 2019 to 2022, I served as a member of its Board of Directors, and from 2022 to 2025, I held the roles of Webmaster and General Secretary in the association.
