I am Brazialian, born in 1976 in Itabira-MG. I started to publish comics in small newspaper of my town when I was 17. In 1996 I started to publish weekly a comic strip called Gronk in the children’s sections of the newspaper “Estado de Minas” and “The National Magazine”. Between 1997 e 1999 the comic strip Gronk was published daily in the newspaper “Estado de Minas”. My comic strip was also published the magazine “Zum Zum Zum” in Rio de Janeiro. In 2000, I published illustrations in the newspaper “Diário da Tarde”. In 2001 I published illustrations and editorial cartoons in the newspapers O Tempo and Super. Since 2002, I have worked as screen-player of “Maurício de Sousa produções”. In 2004 I started to publish editorial cartoons and ilustrations in “Diário da Tarde”. Nowadays I do the esportive editorial cartoons of newspaper “Super” and collaborate for the comic magazine Grafitti and MAD magazine. I have participed and received many prizes in the main contests in my country. Contact Work: [email protected]
