NECATI ABACI
-TURKISH CARTOONIST-
(1958-2004)
Was born in Mut in 1958.
He graduated from the graphic arts faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts in Istanbul in 1981.
Between 1985 and 1990, he worked as an instructor in graphic arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in İzmir.
Abacı published his first caricature in 1973 and has received almost thirty awards in domestic and international competitions.
He currently tutors at the University of Beykent.
