We do not publish cartoons, the artists publish their cartoons on their own. We just provide the platform and technology.
It is within the power of the users to form toonpool.com, to upload and discuss cartoons and to decide whether a cartoons has to be deleted or not.

Apart from the horrible message, there is no joke in this - it's just a plain (and in my opinion dangerous and misleading) statement. Still, I am glad barbeefish is posting his ... conservative... cartoons here & takes the flak. democracy, differing opinions and all. plus, the cartoons are well-drawn.
