Abdul Salaam Abady was born in Amman in 1943. Obtained Bachelorism in Islamic law 1963 from Damascus University and a master's, doctorate degree from Al-Azhar Al-Sharif University 1967, 1968. Worked as a teacher in secondary schools and teacher at the University of Jordan, and then an agent "of the Ministry of Awqaf and director of" the Orphans Fund Development Foundation. then Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, several times. He works as a volunteer Secretary General of the Charity Organization of Jordan. He was appointed director general of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.
