Erdoğan doesn't have 'deliberate plans' for north Syria:
Together with his FSA-militia he will expel SDF/YPG from wide regions together with the ancestral residents to settle there Syrian refugees (from other Syrian regions) who presently found shelter on turkish territory.
From previous cases we know that a forced replacement of populations is never a good idea: It's always a seed for injustice, conflicts, and violence.
Again, Erdoğan is about to play with fire.
