During the period of the GDR there was a transit corridor highway to reach Berlin. The road was made of concrete slabs and dated from before the great war.
By the time, large cracks between the joints of concrete slabs, have been formed.
The journey became an obstacle course to protect the bumpers of the car.
Behind the biggest holes, there were always waiting the Vopo policemen. For them it was a great way to make money from the hated capitalists.
