XB-70 flight investigation program was continued from 1964 to 1969. XB-70 #2 was lost by mid-air collision with F-104 in 1966. But this #1 did not lost and was tested by NASA from 1967 to 1969. Now #1 has been on display at the National Museum of the U.S.A.F. at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton since 1969.
