well... technically he was not in violation of the constitution. at best he was about to test the possibility of violating (i.e. changing) the constitution.
apart from this, the way the whole thing was happening totally discredits the constitution-lovingness of the military guys. so.. I strongly disagree with cartoon such as this one that implicitly support the coup d'etat.
